On January 1, 2025, the domestic business division completed its restructuring, with a focus on strengthening and promoting the brand image of "Hao You" within China.
2019
At the end of the year, we moved to the new facility, marking a transformation from solely producing peanut oil to a diversified portfolio centered on peanut oil, while also fully expanding into soybean oil, corn oil, and blended vegetable oils for cooking—setting the company on a fast track to growth.
1999
In 1999, it was restructured into Changle Haoyou Oil & Fat Co., Ltd., marking a significant milestone in the company's development.
1990
Starting in 1990, exports were launched to Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asian countries. In 2000, the company gained independent export rights, enabling it to flourish both domestically and internationally—and ultimately driving its robust growth and expansion.
1988
In 1988, the company relocated back to Hongyang Street, No. 2000 in the county seat, and established the Changle County Vegetable Oil Factory, which was later renamed the Changle County Oils & Fats Company.
1971
In 1971, the Changle County Tangwu Oil Press was established after merging with the Tangwu Oil Factory (formerly the Yaogou Oil Factory, which was restructured into a state-owned enterprise in 1955 and relocated to Tangwu in 1958 before coming under the administration of the Grain Bureau in 1960).
1950
In 1950, the station oil factory was relocated to Changle County seat and established as a public-private joint venture. In 1955, it was restructured into a state-owned enterprise, and in 1960, it was placed under the administration of the Grain Bureau.
1949
In 1949, the "Yumin" oil mill was established, tasked with supplying cooking oil to urban and rural residents across the county and supporting frontline operations by ensuring robust logistical supplies—this was the precursor to Youhao Oils.
